Vet Next Door is a family-owned companion animal veterinary practice located in Parrish, FL 34219.

About the Position As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their beloved pets.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, both in-person and over the phone.
Your responsibilities will include:
1.
Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.
2.
Scheduling appointments and managing the schedule efficiently.
3.
Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing information to clients.
4.
Checking in and checking out clients and their pets, including processing payments.
5.
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring they are up-to-date.
6.
Assisting with client education and communication, including medication and post-procedure instructions.
7.
Coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth and timely client experience.
8.
Handling client concerns and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
9.
Promoting hospital services and educating clients about preventive care.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service experience is required.
Passion for animals and empathy for clients' concerns.
Knowledge of veterinary terminology is a plus, but not required.
Proficient computer and typing skills.
A team player with a positive attitude.
We have Full or Part Time positions available for the right candidate.
Benefits/Perks Flexible Scheduling We are open Monday - Friday from 8-5pm.
No boarding or grooming.
Our work schedules are flexible as we believe in work-life balance for all team members.
Part-Time hours would be 2-3 days a week; Full-Time hours would be 4 days a week with a regular day off each week.
