Responsibilities:
Sale of fish, reptiles, small animals, and birds Sale of supplies for fish, reptiles, small animals, and birds Assist customers with purchases by using your knowledge and experience in providing outstanding customer service.
Educate customers and spread your enthusiasm and love for the animals.
Maintain the presentation of all the animal habitats, including their cleanliness, safety, and security.
Monitor the overall health of all the living pets under your supervision.
Perform opening, daily, and closing animal/fish activities as appropriate for your schedule.
Ensure and maintain safe working standards.
Assist in cashiering and associate store activities as needed.
Provide the correct care as established by Pet Supply Plus standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
ONLY THOSE WITH PREVIOUS PET STORE RETAIL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED Passionate about reptiles and small animals Demonstrable knowledge of small animals and reptiles.
