What we ask of our team in the field is that they:

Efficiently pressure wash and soft wash surfaces for commercial and residential clients.
2.
Operate machinery while continuously checking on and maintaining the equipment during and after jobs.
3.
Inspect and take pictures of the surface area before/after the washing to ensure it is clear of dirt and debris.
4.
Always be willing to learn and take feedback 5.
Effectively and patiently communicate with clients during jobs.
Qualifications:
-Drivers license and a means of transportation -Must be able to life 60lbs from the ground to waist height -Effective communicator who can handle client interactions (option to earn bonuses from upselling and booking new jobs) -Common sense when working with high pressure and chemicals Job Types:
