Anticipates residents' needs, responds promptly and acknowledge all residents.
Maintains positive guest relations at all times.
Greets and directs residents, renters and guests.
Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
Maintains software application to grant amenity access.
Manages Work Order Process:
Enters all work orders into database - assigns to appropriate vendor or Maintenance Supervisor, follows up on all work orders, and communicates to residents when work order is complete.
Administers lost and found procedures.
Pet and Service Animal policies.
Resolves and follows up on all complaints/issues.
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
Report all unsafe activities to the General Manager.
Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Hours/Days:
Saturday-Wednesday 9 am - 5:
00 pm.
May be needed on holidays and to assist with evening events.
Experience/Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
Experience in MS Office Suite and database maintenance (required) Job Type:
