In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Medical Receptionist.
Work Location:
Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, FL As part of this role, you will:
Be the first person who greets our patients with a smile Check in our patients for their appointments and schedule any needed follow-up appointments Answer calls to schedule appointments Answer questions about our services and hours Call patients to schedule future and same-day appointments What you need to bring to this role:
Minimum HS/GED 6
months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required (healthcare experience a plus) Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively interact with customers in stressful situations Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus MCR Health is a drug-free workplace.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
