We are looking for an additional seasonal part-time Wedding Assistant with the potential to convert to full-time if position available and based on performance! Create and Adhere to the wedding day timeline, and execute any changes Always ensure the venue and grounds are clean and safe Breakdown and clean up after the event.
Account for all equipment and supplies.
Return or arrange for the return of materials provided by the client.
Always maintain a professional demeanor, be on time, and be respectful to all clients and their guests Qualifications Ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics:
Energetic and highly personable Professional in appearance and demeanor Detail-oriented, Punctual, Creative, Decisive yet flexible, follow directions Highly organized with a Strong ability to multitask Ability to remain calm and think clearly throughout periods of stress Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 12 hours) and ability to climb ladders and lift at least 30 pounds Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the day and evenings Must have own reliable vehicle Job Types:
