Call center staff are required to support the front office as needed.
Responsibilities include call center, patient check-in, patient check-out, updating demographics and insurance, insurance verification, scanning, collecting copays and balances, giving appropriate paperwork to patients arriving at the office, faxing as needed, distribution of paperwork to appropriate locations in the office.
We are a large practice with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction, excellence in customer service and exceptional patient care.
The right candidate needs to be compassionate with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Teamwork and multitasking is an important key for success.
Responsibilities Greeting patients Answering phones Check in and out patients for appointments Insurance verification Processing incoming faxes to appropriate departments Collect co-pays and past due balances Scheduling appointments Correct input of intake paperwork at check-in entering patient demographics, etc.
